Cancelation, Delivery and Privacy Policies for Lahya Style

Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment can’t be canceled or refunded.

Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 15 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
Return or exchange of the product
If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 15 business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.

Delivery:

  • We ship out from UAE our delivery estimates can vary depending on your location etc. Note: delivery times might be impacted during natural disasters or any other External forces.
  • Sometimes orders would take longer than expected to be delivered for various Reasons e.g. high season, extremely high demand, holidays, weather, natural Disasters, external forces.
  • We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a Third-party courier, For example: DHL, FedEx etc.
    Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2 – 3 working days.

For International delivery it’s depend on country and location.

Conditions for warranty process & refund policy :

1- You must use 1 full bottle to the bottle, any product (Beard Oil/Hair Oil)
2- One bottle is enough for One Person Only,1bottle will not be effective for more than 1 person.
3- The product must be used correctly as indicated in the instructions.
4- You must use Beard Oil for Beard and mustache only & Hair Oil for Hair, Eyebrows, and eyelashes only.
5- After you finish Full one bottle (Hair Oil & Beard Oil) must contact us, Maximum of one month after you finish full one bottle.
*Note: One bottle is enough for 3 months (Hair Oil or Beard Oil)
